New Year is here!

Have you made any New Year resolutions (i.g. This year I'm going to study English harder.)? What resolutions have you made? What do you think of New Year resolutions? Do people stick to them all the year around? Or just for a few days or a month?

I haven't really made any resolutions this year, because I think they are a bit silly. People sometimes follow them for the whole year, but most people forget about them after a month or two.

I didn't make any resolutions because I think that if you maybe want to get better grades in English, you can make a decision like this any time of the year, not just on New Year's day.
I think that people very rarely stick to their resolutions...I made them last year and I forgot them a week later.

I usually don't make New Year's resolutions, because I know that I won't stick to them (I've tried once).
If people make resolutions and stick to them I think that they can be very helpful (especially if they feel that they have and obligation to stick to them).
But most people make them just for the sake of feeling good that they're going to do something about their problems and then forget the next week or month (I congratulate the ones that stick to them longer than a month).

I didn't make any resolution because I think that maybe I will do just this (maybe just learn english).Sometimes is this bad, sometimes no.
Some peoples stick to thes just for few days because them resolutins are very hard to do.
