Love is in the air ...

Which quote do you like best? Why? Do you know any interesting sayings or proverbs about love? Write them in comments.

I like the one by Mark Twain: "Love is an irresistible desire to be irresistibly desired" and the one that says that "Love is like playing the piano. First you must learn to play by the rules, and then you must forget the rules and play from the heart."

I like them because they are both true. The first one is sort of funny as well. I don't really know any proverbs or sayings about love.

Well, this is really hard. I really like a lot of them...two of my favorites though are "Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it." and the one "There is no remedy for love, but to love more." But I also agree with Lana. I really like those, too.

I like them because they are true. I can't think of any proverbs about love right now.
